inBachs / Spring Studio Glow-up

Hey, friends! It’s Kelly, and I’m so glad to be connecting with you - thank you for taking the time to open this email and read this!

March is the perfect time to refresh and make small, powerful updates to keep your studio thriving as we move into spring. 🌸

For those of you who don’t know my story, I started my own studio after graduating with two degrees in clarinet performance. It began as a way to share my passion for music, but it quickly grew beyond my expectations. I went from teaching a few students to running a full studio with over 40 clarinet and piano students in just a few months! Along the way, I learned so much about studio policies, pricing, and connecting with students. That’s part of why I co-founded Outside The Bachs - I wanted other teachers to feel supported and empowered in growing their own studios, no matter where they’re starting from.

Here’s what we’re diving into this month:

1. Simple Updates with Big Impact

What areas in your studio could use a little tune-up? Sometimes, small changes—like revisiting your pricing, updating your studio policies, or refreshing your website—can lead to major growth. This month, we’ll explore practical ways to keep your studio policies clear, prices competitive, and online presence sharp, so you’re ready for an exciting new season of teaching!

2. Creative Student Engagement

As students gear up for spring performances, competitions, and recitals, finding new ways to keep them motivated is key. Let’s help them find joy in the process!

3. Scaling Up Without Burning Out

It’s no secret that studio growth brings challenges—and the need for boundaries! Look to balance your studio growth with self-care, to create space to take on more students, add new services, or even hire additional teachers without sacrificing your well-being. You’ve got this, and we’re here to help!

As always, let me know how can keep supporting you, and feel free to share your goals and questions with me!

Here’s to a season of growth, fresh ideas, and exciting changes in your studio.Let’s keep building something amazing together!
